Our 30-Day Glow Guarantee

We want you to love your tan. If you're not satisfied, email hello@tallowtan.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement, an exchange for a different shade, or a refund if neither works for you.

This covers opened and used jars. Tallowtan is made for sensitive skin, and we'd rather you try it properly than leave it sealed on a shelf. One claim per customer, on your first jar.

Patch Test First

Before your first full application, apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If your skin reacts, stop using the product and email us — we'll refund you in full, inside or outside the 30-day window.

How To Start A Return

Email hello@tallowtan.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 1–2 business days. In most cases you won't need to send anything back — we'll tell you if we need the jar returned.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
