Please note: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. Preorders are made fresh and ship as soon as your batch is ready. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & duties We cover them. Tallowtan pays all customs duties and import taxes on international orders — you will never be asked to pay extra to receive your parcel. If a carrier ever bills you, send us the invoice and we'll reimburse you.

our formula.

We want you to love your tan. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement, an exchange for a different shade, or a refund if neither works for you. Opened and used jars are covered.

Return window 30 days from date of delivery
What's covered Any reason at all — wrong shade, didn't suit your skin, or simply not for you. Opened and used jars included. One claim per customer, on your first jar.
Exchanges Yes, within 30 days. If the shade isn't right we'll swap it for the one that is — opened or not.
Patch test first Before your first full application, apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If your skin reacts, stop using the product and email us — we'll refund you in full, inside or outside the 30-day window.
How to start Email us at hello@tallowtan.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll respond within 1–2 business days. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Return shipping If we do ask for the jar back, we cover the return shipping.
