Because Tallowtan is a skincare product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right, no questions asked.

Return window 30 days from date of delivery
Eligible returns Defective or damaged products only. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect we will send a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days. If you ordered the wrong shade and haven't opened the product, contact us and we'll exchange it for the right one.
Non-returnable Opened or used products, orders older than 30 days, and items purchased during sale or promotional periods.
How to start Email us at hello@tallowtan.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
